Commission
Agency commissions are 15% on standard pricing. If you wish to charge commissions on extras/add-ons you must add your commissions on top of our prices for your client.
Tentative holds
Will be held in good faith for 1 week before we release or until another request for that slot is received (whichever comes first). Should there be a request for the same time slot, we will notify you - to which you will have 24 hours to confirm, prior to us releasing that hold.
Confirmation
A booking will only be confirmed once receipt of deposit (or full payment) is received.
Payment
Full payment is due within 48hr of the charter date.
Changes
Any change requests must be confirmed by us prior and a new booking form submitted by your agency upon receipt of confirmation.

Cancellations

November - December and Public Holiday bookings, deposits are non-refundable.

31 days or greater of the date of the Charter the deposit will be refunded less a $150 booking and administration fee.

Within 30 days of the date of the Charter, the deposit will be forfeited. Unless a booking is confirmed to replace this charter, in which case the full amount will be refunded less a $150 booking and administration fee.

Within 14 days of the date of the Charter, the whole charter fee will be forfeited. Unless a booking is confirmed to replace this charter, in which case the full amount will be refunded less a $150 booking and administration fee.

If the Operator cancels the Charter, the charter amount will be refunded.
*Note: administration, Catering and Drinks Packages (provided via web link) are exclusive of commission,
you may wish to add 15% on top when quoting your client if you so wish.
