BYO FEE: $100 flat fee (includes everything; BBQ; utensils, cutlery, condiments, clean up; and they will cook for you)

PASSION

HOURLY RATE: $750 (Monday to Thursday)
HOURLY RATE: $900 (Friday to Sunday)
STAFFING
$250 per staff member (4hrs) $60 per hour thereafter
1-15 pax 1 x staff member needed
16-35 pax 2 x staff members needed
